I hope you are well: not the kind of well that fits neatly into a how-are-you box. but really well. like you wake up and the first thing you do is smile and say "I can" and you do it, and maybe you do it everyday as it defines a routine, or maybe you say 'fuck it' before you say anything else, and then you take each minute as it comes and there's no telling where you're going until you've gone.
